Definitely size down 1/2 size!

Love the high top, usually struggle to get my ankle into high tops Zumba have made previously but plenty of space in these. Very comfy and soft to land on when jumping and can really tell the difference after class once I have worn these. They came up big for me as I usually take a UK 6 and I have wide feet so usually have the opposite issue. And ankle support could be a bit better but these are great arch support and as somone with dropped arches and hypermobile ankles, these shoes have been the best for so far (and been wearing Zumba shoes for over 12 years!)
