- All orders received before 12:00 pm Central European Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped by the end of the next business day.
- All orders received after 12:00 pm Central European Time will be shipped within two (2) business days. For example, an order placed at 7:00 pm Central European Time on Monday will ship out by the end of the day on Wednesday.
- All orders placed on E.U. holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Zumba Wear Europe Ltd® will be shipped within two (2) business days.
- In rare cases due to unforeseen events or circumstances, (e.g. extreme weather, shipping company delays, etc.) shipment times may be delayed.
- Ground shipments are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Ground shipping to a physical address can take between two (2) and seven (7) business days, depending on the location.
- Express Saver is delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Express Saver: If offered, Express Saver is shipped out per the above criteria and is delivered the next business day (after shipped date) with no guaranteed arrival time.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via Electronic Mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within twenty-four (24) hours.
- On occasion Zumba Wear Europe Ltd may offer a Pre-Order option on a specified product. In the event of a Pre-Order special, Pre-Order items will be charged upon checkout. Once the advertised Pre-Order shipping period begins, you will receive your order within seven (7) business days (for ground shipments). Shipping dates cannot be guaranteed for pre-orders. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.
- Cancelling a Pre-Order: If you would like to cancel your Pre-Order, please contact our Customer Care Department via our Support Page and we will gladly provide you with a refund if your item has not yet shipped. If your item has shipped, please refer to our RETURN POLICY.
- If the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping and shipping VAT fees charged to you by Zumba Wear Europe Ltd. If your package is refused or returned to us unclaimed, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges.

- Proof of signature is not required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.
The Shipping costs for Standard service varies by country and weight.
These rates do not include VAT. VAT, if applicable, will be automatically added to these shipping rates when you check out.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Certain items may include additional handling costs. These items include and are not limited to Toning Sticks, Toning Stick Bundles, DVD sets, and banners. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.
Overnight Shipments: Express Saver varies by country and weight. We reserve the right to limit express shipping for certain items.
