It was a good price and seems like a great quality, vibrantly-colored towel. The shipping took a while, but I have no complaints. The AI on the website left much to be desired. My only question: How did I pay for this? Even with an order number, it could not help me. There is not customer service phone number provided, so AI is all you have. One day, the elimination of people from your customer service platform will be regretted.
