I wore this outfit on my 56th birthday. I am 5’7” 118 lbs. Size XS, I feel so youthful and sexy. This outfit is lightweight, beautiful and the colors are vibrant. It is so flattering on me. It does not have a lot of support so if you want that firm support this is not for you. I do love it! I have gotten so many compliments.

I usually wear a small in leggings, but unfortunately only XS was available. I decided to take a chance after reading other's reviews, and also looking at photos that other people took of themselves in the leggings, and I decided to purchase the XS. As some have mentioned, the material is very thin. If you want any sort of compression, this biker short is not for you. If you want something breathable for outdoor Zumba, like myself, this would be a good option. Thankfully, because of the thin quality, this biker short is SUPER stretchy. Taking the shorts out of the package, I thought there was no way I would fit in the XS. However, they stretched over my hips and the shorts still felt comfortable even when squatting. I would have preferred my normal small size and a thicker material, but I still plan to use these during the summer. For reference I am 5'4" and fluctuate between 127-130 lbs.

The material is extremely THIN, no compression at all
