 Q: What is the Zumba® Wear Insider?

A: Zumba® Wear Insider is a loyalty program, exclusive to ZIN™ Members, for our top Zumba® Wear lovers. The program was co-created with some of your fellow ZIN™ Members to create an experience tailor-made for you, our biggest fans. Zumba® Wear enthusiasts located in Europe are eligible for membership upon reaching a spending minimum (starting at €500) on purchases made while logged into their ZIN™ Account over the past 12-month period. Zumba® Wear Insiders fall within three tiers, with each tier receiving unique perks.

 Q: Who is eligible to participate in the Zumba® Wear Insider program?
A: ZIN™ Members who are located in the Europe, have their Zumba® Wear orders shipped to an address in Europe, and have spent a minimum of €500 on Zumba® Wear on  zumbawear.eu while logged into their ZIN™ Account in the past 12 consecutive months will be automatically enrolled in the Zumba® Wear Insider program.
The program is free, exclusive to ZIN™ Members, and we will notify all new members once they have achieved entry status. On a quaterly basis your status as a member will be automatically updated. Your ZW Insider Badge will be visible in your ZW profile page on www.zumbawear.eu.

Q: How do I become a Zumba® Wear Insider?

A: A ZIN™ Member in good standing, located in the Europe, will be invited to join the Zumba® Wear Insider program when they spend a minimum of €500 on Zumba® Wear on zumbawear.eu while logged into their ZIN™ Account over a consecutive 12-month period.
 

 Q: After I become a member of the Zumba® Wear Insider program, how do I achieve 2 or 3 star status?

A: Your eligibility for the higher reward levels of our program is based on your purchases of Zumba® Wear during a consecutive 12-month period. 2 star members must spend €1,000 to €1,999.00 minimum on Zumba® Wear while 3 stars must spend a minimum of €2,000 of Zumba® Wear over a consecutive 12-month period. The eligibility periods are every January, April, July and October.

 Q: What are the eligibility periods and when do they occur?

A: The eligibility period is the time frame where the amount of money that shoppers have spent on Zumba® Wear is compiled. It determines the tier of Insider rewards that members will qualify for. Tier eligibility is based on your purchases of Zumba® Wear during a consecutive 12-month period.
The eligibility periods are announced every January, April, July, and October. Levels are based on the following information:
We Update your status quaterly based on your purchases of the last 12 months:
 
January Update: Purchases from December 16th of previous year to December 15th of current year.
April Update:  Purchases from March 16th of previous year to March 15th of current year.
July Update: Purchases from June 16th of previous year to June 15th of current year.
October Update: Purchases from September 16th of previous year to September 15th of current year.

 

Q: How do my purchases get Calculated. 
Your total 12 month spent is based on Zumba Wear Products only being: 

 Q: How will I know if I've qualified for a new level?

A: Your eligibility to become a 2 star or 3 star member in the program is reviewed every January, April, July and October. If you have achieved a new level, you will be notified soon after of your new rewards and current program status via mail or email at which point your new rewards will begin.
At the beginning of this new quater, you will also see a change in your Insider Badge in your ZW Website profile on www.zumbawear.eu

 Q: How long will my perks in each level last?

A: The rewards associated with each of the levels are good for one quater starting the month in which the member qualifies. If you are no longer a ZIN™ Member and your account is closed, you will lose all access to perks and rewards for this program.

 Q: Do I need to re-qualify quaterly for my rewards to continue?

A: Yes. To maintain your level status, you will need to maintain the same level of purchase totals each year. For example, if you are a Level 2 at the beginning January (based on your last 12 months purchases), to maintain your Level 2 status,  by April your spent in the  last 12 months needs to be at least €1,000 in net purchases of Zumba® Wear (March 16 previous year till March 15 of the current year)

 Q: Is it possible for me to lose access to the rewards I've earned?

A: Yes. You will forfeit any perks from being a part of the Zumba® Wear Insider program if your ZIN™ Membership is cancelled, or if your membership is no longer in good standing.

 Q: Can I invite other ZIN™ Members to join the Zumba® Wear Insider program?

A: ZIN™ Members are automatically included in the program based on their last 12-months of purchases on zumbawear.eu while logged into their ZIN™ Account. There is no application process to be a part of the program, but we’d love for you to spread the word about this awesome rewards program!

 Q: Will my purchases of Zumba® Wear at the Zumba® Instructor Convention or other events be included in my overall total spend?

A: Zumba® Wear purchases at the Zumba Instructor Convention store, or any other offline event do not qualify towards the Zumba® Wear Insider program. Tier levels will only be based on purchases made on zumbawear.eu while logged into their ZIN™ Account. 

 Q: Are all products on Zumbawear.eu included in my overall total spend?

A: Only Zumba® Wear products are included. This includes all of the bright, bold apparel, shoes and accessories you love! Products that are NOT included are CDs, DVDs, video games, gift cards, equipment, trainings, specialties, and continuing education courses. Zumba events, Conventions, Academies, and Zumba Cruises are also not included.
