I love harem pants. Since I am short, harem capri is my go to and this works great! It fits snag on waist and the quite slouchy and loose around hips, butts and thigh areas. You can wear them long or pull up to the upper calves for shorter. If you are between sizes, probably choosing larger might be better for your waist as it is not adjustable. It is very cute and I like it. :)
