I wear size 7 but this Zumba shoes I ordered size 7.5 fit comfortable. It is beautiful to dance with.

The shoes feels like your feet is in between 2 firm pillows. It was a little bit heavy, and bulky. The cushion or foam behind the heels were making my socks slip off my feet. The shoe was very snug. I was not sure if it was because of the slip on style but it felt like if I was to purchase half size larger, then my foot would slip off because it doesn't have shoe laces to adjust. I returned the shoes, and will probably try a different style.

Of all the shoes I have tried to date, these are the best ones. There is plenty of cushion to absorb hard impacts with the floor. The shoes do a good job of keeping me stable through quick movements. The soles are grippy enough that I am not sliding, but slick enough that turns are easy. My only complaint is that there isn't any ankle support...the back of the shoe that wraps around the heel is only the same soft material the rest of the shoe is made from. This makes it comfortable to wear, but doesn't enable the shoe to help support the ankle from twists in any way. Add a stiffener inside that comfortable material at the heel and this show would be perfect!

I love this shoe, true to size, comfy, not to mention cheery bright. My students love it because they can easily see my feet.
