These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the "Spin to Win" / "Wheel of Fortune" interactive campaign ("Campaign") operated by Zumba Wear Europe Ltd ("we", "us", "our") on www.zumbawear.eu. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. How It Works

• The Wheel of Fortune is an interactive feature hidden on different pages of our website for each campaign period.
• The location of the wheel changes with each campaign and is not publicly disclosed.
• The challenge is to find the wheel during an active campaign; everyone who finds and spins the wheel during the campaign receives the same reward (e.g., discount, free shipping).
• The reward changes only when a new campaign starts.
• After spinning, the wheel disappears for that user until a new campaign begins.

2. Eligibility

• Only one spin per person per campaign.
• Participation is open only to EU residents.
• No purchase necessary to participate.

3. Prizes

• The reward for each campaign is pre-set and the same for all participants who find and spin the wheel during that campaign.
• Rewards may include discount codes, free shipping codes, or other offers, and may be limited to specific products, collections, or categories (see your winning email for any restrictions).
• Free shipping prizes are always based on our Standard premium shipping (not express)
• Codes are valid for a limited time and subject to product availability.
• Codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Prize Delivery

• Your unique code will be sent to the email address you provide after spinning the wheel.
• Please ensure your email address is accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered codes due to incorrect information or third-party failures.

• By participating, you provide your name and email address for prize delivery and marketing communications.

BY REQUESTING A DISCOUNT OR FREE SHIPPING CODE, YOU AGREE TO JOIN OUR MAILING LIST.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Verification

• Zumba Wear Europe is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or failures by third parties (such as email delivery providers).

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes relating to the Campaign or these Terms will be resolved at the sole discretion of Zumba Wear Europe.

9. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
