Coming Soon: Create Return label on the website - at lower price than traditional couriers - Mondial Relay

It's never fun when you have to return an item, especially when on top of this the return-shippingcosts nowdays are very high. 
We are working for new solutions to offer our customers a much cheaper - in website - print return label option. 

This will allow our customers (first fase will be specifice countries) to create a return label on our website for their returns. 
The return label will still be paid by customer, but partially subsidized by our company, which will be much cheaper than returning your items by regular post services. 

In future (if your country is activated) you will be able to create a return label in our website by:
- Login to your account 
- Go to my orders and returns
- Select the items you want to return
- Describe the resason for the return
- Confirm the return 
- Print the Product Returns Slip (and add it into your box)
- Print a Return Label Button - By using Mondial Relay Returns  (Coming soon)
- Drop of your return box at any Mondial Relay access point

We are planning to release this option before the end of November 2023.

Just Released : Last minute suggestions / Add Last minute suggested item to your cart to avoid shipping costs

We learned from experience that sometimes orders come in which are just below the free shipping offer and where then customer paid 10 euro for shipping. 
We now pay extra attention to this in your shopping cart, by offering you last minute suggestions items
Customers now can add  €4 - €5 - €7  suggested products to activate the Free shipping offer.

Just released : A New Shipping Option for Your Convenience - Mondial Relay - Hermes - InPost

In todays time it s hard to continue to offer free shipping all over Europe. We continue to look for more options to continue to provide our customers the cheapest shipping options and free shipping. We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our shipping options to provide you with more flexibility and convenience. In addition to our existing partnerships with UPS and DHL for home delivery, we have now partnered with "Mondial Relay (NL-BE-LU-FR) - Hermes (DE) - InPost (ES/PT/IT)" to offer you an alternative & more cost effecient courier service.

With "Mondial Relay / Hermes / InPost," you will be able to choose to have your parcels delivered directly to a pickup point of your choice. This new shipping option not only comes at a lower cost but also reduces the risk of packages getting lost during transit or at your door. Say goodbye to the frustration of missed deliveries and enjoy the convenience of picking up your shipments at a location that suits you.

A first fase of this new service will be available in Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Stay tuned for its arrival in the UK, we keep exploring more courier services who can offer a similar service for the rest of Europe.

Other couriers (DHL/UPS) will remain available on our website.

Website Update: Your Photo reviews 

We are so grateful for receiving your reviews on our products, they not only help us improve our products, but they also help other Zumba Enthousiasts make a better selection when shopping on our website. 

We have now improved the Review Section, and as of today you can also upload your pictures with your review. 
Not only will others members read about your product experience,, they will also be able to see your pictures wearing the product.

Website Update: Enhanced Invoicing and Receipts for All Customers

We have listened to your feedback and made improvements to our invoicing and receipts system. Now, customers with a VAT number can easily request official VAT invoices, while those without a VAT number can enjoy more detailed and professional receipts. These invoices and receipts are automatically generated for every purchase and can be accessed conveniently in your account under "My Orders."

Website Update: Instant Color Preview in Product Listings

This new feature allows you to preview product colors without leaving the product listing. Simply click on the color bullets, and the product photo will instantly change to show your desired color. Thank you for your suggestions!

We have added video presentations to our product pages. As of now, for products of which we have video available, you can watch  video clips of models showcasing the product giving you a better understanding of what to expect. This update aims to enhance your shopping experience by providing visual demonstrations of our Zumba Wear products.

Website Update: Hover Feature for Multiple Product Views

We added a  new hover feature on our product listing pages. Now, when you hover over a product image, you will be able to see two different views of the product without having to click into the product details. This enhancement allows for a more convenient and immersive shopping experience, giving you a closer look at the product from different angles.

Website Update: Introducing the "Coming Soon" Feature

We understand that waiting for products can be frustrating, especcially when they arrive late from our supplier with a new collection release.. To enhance your shopping experience, we have introduced a new "Coming Soon" feature on our website. Now, you can preview upcoming products and sign up for notifications when they become available. Simply visit the product page and click on the "Notify Me" section to receive an email alert as soon as the product arrives and is ready for purchase. This way, you'll be among the first to know when your desired items come in stock.

Postpone an item in your cart?  Move it to My Favorites option.

We have listened to your feedback, and learned that when you placed items in your cart, you may not want to instantly buy them today. Till yesterday you could then only remove the item from your cart by deleting the item. 

As of today when removing the item from your cart, you will get the option to A) Remove it  or to B) Move it to "My Favorites"

At our website, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that email communication can be unreliable at times, and we want to ensure that you receive important updates about your orders. To address this, we have made improvements to our tracking system. Now, in addition to email notifications, you can find your tracking details directly in your account under "My Orders." Plus, if your order status changes to "Pickup at a Pickup Point," our website will automatically send you a notification email with all the necessary information and a convenient link to collect your parcel.

Website Update: Improved Mobile Browsing Experience

Based on valuable feedback regarding the Zumbawear theme, we have made important updates to enhance the mobile browsing experience on our website. Specifically, we have addressed concerns related to the visibility of filters and product display. Here are the changes we have implemented:

  1. Filters: On mobile devices, the filters are now hidden by default. You can easily show or hide them by tapping the "Filters" button. We have also added a down arrow icon next to the "Filter" label to make it clearer that the filters can be expanded.

  2. "Show 36" and "Sort by Newest" Settings: These settings are now hidden by default and are displayed together with the filters. You can access and modify them by clicking on either the "Filter" word or the newly added down arrow icon.
