Share & Earn — Rules & Guidelines

Please read before participating in the Share & Earn program.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Who can participate: ZIN® Instructors, gym owners, dance studio owners and fitness professionals affiliated with Zumba Wear Europe.
  • Free to join: No cost to participate. Apply through your account on zumbawear.eu and await approval.
  • Personal use only: Your link, QR code and discount code are for sharing with your community — not for your own purchases.

2. The Discount Code

  • Consumers only: The 15% discount is exclusively for end consumers — students, followers, friends and family. Not for ZIN™/ZES™ members, resellers or wholesale buyers.
  • Automatic application: When customers use your link or QR code, the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
  • Flash sales: The discount code may be temporarily deactivated during flash sales or site-wide promotions. Your affiliate tracking remains active. You will be notified in advance.
  • Non-stackable: The Share & Earn discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated by Zumba Wear Europe.

3. Rewards & Commission

  • Tracking: All sales via your link, QR code or discount code are automatically tracked to your account.
  • 45-day waiting period: Rewards are confirmed 45 days after purchase, after the return window expires. Initial figures may adjust based on returns.
  • Payout options: Confirmed rewards can be redeemed as a Zumba Wear voucher (instant) or a cash payout via invoice.
  • Non-qualifying: No rewards are earned on purchases by ZIN™/ZES™ members, resellers or wholesale businesses.

4. Promotion Guidelines

  • Honest promotion: All promotion must be honest, accurate and comply with applicable advertising standards in your country.
  • Brand guidelines: Use of Zumba® and Zumba Wear® trademarks must comply with official brand guidelines. Do not alter, distort or misrepresent logos or product imagery.
  • Disclosure: Where required by local law or platform policy, disclose your affiliate relationship when posting Share & Earn content.

5. Program Changes & Termination

  • Right to modify: Zumba Wear Europe reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program or any affiliate's participation at any time.
  • Code deactivation: Discount codes may be temporarily or permanently deactivated at Zumba Wear Europe's discretion, including during promotional periods.
  • Violations: Misuse of the program, including fraudulent activity or self-referral, may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of pending rewards.
