We’re now looking for an AI Expert to bring innovation to our business by developing and integrating AI solutions that enhance operations, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
As our AI Expert, you will be at the forefront of shaping how we leverage AI across the company. From building smarter systems to supporting our customers with seamless interactions, you’ll play a critical role in driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into AI-powered solutions across operations, sales, and customer service.
Build and implement AI models for inventory management, pricing, and predictive analytics.
Develop and integrate a customer service chatbot (Dialogflow or equivalent) for our website.
Support marketing with AI-driven customer segmentation, keyword targeting, and trend forecasting.
Apply AI to image and video processing (photo editing, auto-tagging, content generation).
Implement advanced data analytics tools to better understand customer behavior and deliver insights.
Ensure all AI applications are GDPR-compliant and respect customer data privacy.
Continuously test, refine, and optimize AI systems.
Provide training and guidance to non-technical teams using AI tools.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching and recommending new AI trends and technologies.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or other AI-friendly languages.
Hands-on knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Services, Dialogflow, or other AI platforms.
Understanding of data modeling, structures, and software architecture.
Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (MSc/PhD preferred).
