Job Title: AI Expert

Company Overview:

We are a leading e-commerce company specialized in fitness wear. Our mission is to help our customers feel good and look great during their workouts. We're looking for an AI Expert who can contribute to our goal by implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance our operations, customer experience, and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements and align them with the potential AI capabilities.
2. Implement AI tools and models to automate tasks such as inventory management, customer service, data analysis, and pricing.
3. Develop a customer service chatbot using Google Dialogflow or any other preferred and integrate it with our website.
4. Work with our Marketing and Sales teams to use AI for customer segmentation, keyword advertising, and predicting sales trends.
5. Develop or integrate existing AI tools for image and video processing tasks, such as photo editing and video compilation.
6. Implement data analytics tools to understand our customer behavior better and provide actionable insights.
7. Ensure the AI implementations meet GDPR regulations and data protection guidelines.
8. Continually test, troubleshoot, and improve AI systems to ensure optimal performance.
9. Train non-technical teams on how to interact with AI tools and systems.
10. Keep up-to-date with the latest AI trends and suggest new ideas for implementation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
2. Proficiency in Python, Java, and other programming languages commonly used in AI.
3. Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, neural networks, etc.
4. Familiarity with Google Cloud Services and Dialogflow or other AI Tools. 
5. Experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
6. Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
8. Excellent communication skills to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or relevant field. PhD is a plus.
