The air stomp has a "rocking" feel to it. What I mean by this is that there were times I felt like I was going to loose my balance in class. Maybe it's because I'm not used to this style. I own shoes that have a flat surface not like this one where it has a space under your feet. So for me that's a little con. What I love is that is VERY shock absorbent. When dancing make sure to take advantage of the shock absorbent front heel area. It's amazing. I hope this makes sense. If not definitely try it! I'd rate. 4 out of 5.
